If something comes up that makes it impossible for you to join us in person at a workshop or retreat you have registered for, then:

• Any change will incur an administrative fee. 

• You can transfer your registration for that particular event to a friend or colleague and allow them to attend in your place. Or you may transfer your registration to a future event or get a credit towards any future purchase with Meg Beeler (with no expiration date).

You can rest assured that your online transactions with us are completely secure. Once you join us in one of our signature programs, such as Energy Alchemy, you will immediately be sent an electronic receipt and confirmation via email that includes details on how you can get started right away.

If you are not completely satisfied with your investment, you may request a refund on unused personal “coaching” time—including shamanic mentoring, empowerment, training, and healing. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.) 

Unfortunately, there are no refunds on completed individual sessions because once we spend our time with you, we can’t get it back. We cannot guarantee results in a “coaching” relationship because results depends on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.

Upon providing deposit or full program payment you are authorizing Meg Beeler/Earth Caretakers to process your payment.

Upon approval of your application for a training program, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the program. No refunds will be issued if you are accepted into the program and all installments must be paid on a timely basis.

Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls or sessions together. If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full.
